Very soft and good fresh out of the oven but kind of a cakey cookie.

My husband and I LOVE this cookie recipe, especially when used as a skillet cookie. We make this recipe (cut in half, second half goes in the freezer or given to friends) topped with vanilla ice cream for our date nights :) SO DELICIOUS! The pudding gives the dough a fluffy/cakey texture, so they’re not your traditional chocolate chip cookie which is fun. We recently shared some cookies with our neighbors who also loved them and asked for the recipe for themselves!
